IQNet 9004 is an assessment model based on QMS requirements according to ISO 9001:2000 (baseline requirements) , improvement criteria according to the ISO 9004:2000 improvement guideline and the additional IQNet performance specifications (performance requirements)

The IQNet 9004 assessment provides scores from 1 to 5 for the various elements considered using a score system which allows to identify strength and weakness points of an organisation

The IQNet 9004 recognition is an attestation which allows to the recognised company to use the relevant mark when the minimum score for each elements has been achieved (3,0) and the average scoring for all the evaluated elements is at least 3.3.
